Our EmployAbility Program offers a personalized, step-by-step journey to employment success—meeting each participant where they are and supporting them every step of the way.

Employment Path Program:
Participants gain real-world experience while building essential job skills through engaging classes and volunteer opportunities with local nonprofits. This phase is all about exploration—helping individuals discover what they enjoy, what they’re good at, and how they can succeed in the workplace.

Job Development & Coaching
Our dedicated team works closely with each participant to identify their goals and create a personalized path forward. From building resumes and practicing interviews to developing job search strategies, we provide the tools and confidence needed to take the next step.
