Pamela S. Ring, Executive Director
Pamela Ring brings more than 45 years of experience in the field of developmental disabilities. As Executive Director of The Arc Lane County, Pam leads with vision and compassion, overseeing programs, operations, and finances for a nonprofit dedicated to enriching lives and building meaningful supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families.
Throughout her tenure, Pam has been a driving force behind innovative programs, including a model respite care program and residential services for adults and children transitioning from the Fairview Training Center, Oregon’s former state-run institution. She has also launched numerous initiatives aimed at fostering community inclusion and enhancing quality of life for those she serves.
Pam’s dedication is deeply personal—she is the proud mother of an adult son who is neurodivergent, which fuels her passion for creating opportunities, support, and belonging for all individuals with developmental disabilities.
Erissa Lewis, Director of Human Resources & Finance
Erissa Lewis, Director of Finance, has a long and meaningful history with The Arc Lane County, having contributed in roles spanning office management, human resources, and financial leadership. Erissa’s passion shines through in her work, especially in helping clients overcome social barriers and thrive as fully included members of their communities.
She takes great pride in the incredible staff she works alongside, whose dedication and care make a real difference in the lives of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities every day.
Laura Dahill, Director of Marketing & Communications
Laura Dahill, Director of Marketing and Communications, brings over 30 years of experience in her field and has been a valued member of The Arc Lane County for over ten years. As the proud parent of twin boys—one of whom experiences a disability—Laura is deeply committed to supporting families on their journey of raising children with special needs.
In her role, Laura advocates for policy and systems change to improve the lives of people with disabilities, while also shining a spotlight on the incredible work of The Arc, its staff, and its participants throughout Lane County. She earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism with a minor in marketing and is the author of Dreams Without Limits: Changing Perceptions about People with Disabilities, a testament to her dedication to fostering understanding, inclusion, and opportunity for all. Laura also serves on several local and state committees, including the Eugene School District 4J Equity Committee, the Lane County System of Care, the Oregon Health Authority Disability Community, and the Oregon Developmental Disabilities Coalition.
