The Arc Lane County is now enrolling children ages three- to five-years-old of all abilities in its new preschool, called JumpStart Preschool! Our vision is to provide high-quality opportunities for children to learn, develop and grow in an environment where children of all abilities and backgrounds feel safe, nurtured and included.
JumpStart Philosophy
At JumpStart, we honor the child as a central component in their own learning experience. Our preschool curriculum will support the child’s personal interests, abilities and comprehension levels in a safe and supportive environment. We value the curiosity of all children and aim to help them understand the world around them and who they are within it.
Our Staff
JumpStart will be lead by a certified preschool specialist and staffed by professionals trained in child development, CPR, first aid. JumpStart will support children of all abilities in an inclusive and welcoming environment. Our staff will receive additional training in person-centered thinking, behavior supports and social-emotional skill development.
Hours of Operation
JumpStart will be open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. through 6 p.m.
