Adult Services

The Arc Lane County offers a variety of adult services for people who experience intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Whether it’s finding meaningful employment or recreating with friends in the community, The Arc supports adults in increasing their independence and living full, happy and self-directed lives.

Employment Services

The Arc’s EmployAbility Services are designed to help adults 18 years and older find gainful employment in the communities in which they live. The different employment programs include Employment Path, World of Work, Discovery, and Job Development and Job Coaching.

Community Inclusion Services

The Arc’s Stepping Out Program supports adults in making friends, pursuing hobbies, expanding their interests, learning new skills and exploring their communities.

Funding for Adult Services


Funding for adult services is available through Lane County Developmental Disabilities and Full Access Brokerage. Adults seeking employment, must also be referred to Vocational Rehabilitation.
