The Arc Employability Team Helps Client Find Meaningful Employment Promptly

I’m enjoying this job like no other,” says Anthony. “I want to stay as long as I can, and I don’t want to go anywhere else.”

Anthony was referred to The Arc Lane County’s EmployAbility program by Vocational Rehabilitation when he needed help finding a job. The Arc was able to help Anthony secure employment with Hepa-Graff Professional Cleaning, where he works in the evening doing custodial work at Pacific Surgery Center.

Read Anthony’s story to learn what he likes most about his job, which involves a marker, a whiteboard and wonderful words of inspiration.
