
The Arc Lane County supports adults in increasing their independence and living full, happy and self-directed lives. We offer a variety of adult services for people who experience intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
Adult Services consists of two main program areas:
- Employment Services, our EmployAbility program
- Community Inclusion Services, or Stepping Out program
Employment Services
The Arc Lane County believes in helping people not only be in the community but be a part of the community through integrated employment. Whether it’s retail, manufacturing, clerical or food services, The Arc’s EmployAbility program helps adults over 18 years old find jobs where they can utilize their strengths, contribute to their community and provide value.

Community Inclusion
The Arc Lane County’s Stepping Out program provides support adults over 18 years old who experience disabilities explore their communities and engage in recreational opportunities. All activities are person-centered and selected by the individual.
+ Learn MoreFunding for adult services is available through Lane County Developmental Disabilities and Full Access Brokerage. Adults seeking employment, must also be referred to Vocational Rehabilitation. Contact your service coordinator or personal agent to request a referral.
